The heart of Ayurvedic therapy

Panchakarma — Ayurveda's system of purification and renewal.

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's classical five-fold process of detoxification and rejuvenation — the therapeutic core that distinguishes a trained practitioner from a casual enthusiast. It is precise, clinical work: preparation of the body, the main therapies, and careful aftercare, each matched to the individual.

At Kairali you learn Panchakarma the way it is meant to be learned — hands-on, on real cases, under physicians who perform these therapies daily in an accredited hospital. You learn not only the techniques, but the clinical judgement behind them: who a therapy is for, when, and why.

(Specific therapist and technician programmes, durations, and certification: see the programmes.)
